Frequently Asked Questions
How does VoxBridge work?
VoxBridge listens to speech, converts it into the selected language, and plays back the translated result in real time. The goal is to make two-person conversations faster and easier when each person speaks a different language.
Can two people share AirPods?
Yes. VoxBridge is built for person-to-person translation and can be used in setups where two people share AirPods or another supported listening arrangement, depending on the device and audio configuration being used.
What languages are supported?
Supported languages may change over time as the app and its translation services evolve. Check the in-app language list for the most current options available in your version of VoxBridge.
What should I do if translation audio is not playing?
First confirm your device volume is up, your AirPods or speakers are connected, and VoxBridge has microphone access. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app, reconnect the audio device, and try the conversation again.
How do I restore purchases?
Open VoxBridge on the same Apple account used for the original purchase and use the app's restore purchases option if it is available. If your subscription or purchase still does not appear, contact support and include the Apple account email address or purchase details associated with the issue.
